All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept international payments via trusted platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Wise.
Each project includes a set number of revisions. Once the work has commenced, refunds are generally not offered, but we strive to ensure client satisfaction.
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals as needed. Project delays caused by missing input may affect delivery timelines.
Mindscripted shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the respective service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
